Welcome to the ESPA!
For the past year we've been busy building an online catalogue of our small press library & archive, and are happy to announce the site is now live - see the catalogue link at left to start browsing.
For info about upcoming film screenings, visual art exhibitions and other activities we are participating in, check the what's new link at left. You can also join ESPA's facebook group page (search Edmonton Small Press).
ESPA Infoshop & Office Hours
(no appointment necessary)
Every Thursday from 9am - Noon
Room #9, 6th Floor, Stanley A. Milner Library
(Call us to check out the infoshop during
other regular library hours)
For important updates on the Net Neutrality issue, see NetNeutrality.ca (Canadian), or these U.S. sites: SavetheInternet.com, FreePress.net and StopBigMedia.com.
In November of 2006 the ESPA officially adopted Our
Voice, Edmonton's premiere Street Newspaper, which since 1996 has
created a voice for the marginalized and is sold locally by low-income and
homeless people as a means to increase self-sufficiency. We hope to have
a separate link for Our Voice set up soon, but in the meantime, if you would
like to contribute as a writer or artist, or would like to become an authorized
vendor, please contact us HERE.
